The Olympic team of Uzbekistan reached the quarterfinal of the Asian Championship in China.

In the third round of the group stage of the Asian Championship, the only goal scored by Doston Tursunov against Oman was decisive. Our team took the second place in the group with 6 points, which provided them to go to the next stage.

In this Asian Championship, the colors of our national team are protected by six players of Pakhtakor - Botirali Ergashev, Hodjakbar Alijonov, Khusniddin Gafurov, Sukhrob Nurullaev, Jasur Yakhshibaev and Zabikhillo Urinbaev.
